This is my son’s first year at School for Creative Studies and he LOVES it. The project-based learning and computer-focused work both help him excel. I have been impressed with the ways the different teachers work together and how much he is learning. He almost never has homework, and yet is learning even more than he did in a traditional classroom.
Our experience while my grandson has been at LGMS has been phenomenal. He left elementary timid and shy. Very overly sensitive. Now he is a extremely confident young man who is making great strides in his learning and social life. His educators say that he has had has done a great job also. I can see him being a very well-rounded young man when he reaches high school all because of his experience at LGMS.
We really like Lucas! Its modern look is very adaptive to today’s culture. I also appreciate how the grades are separated; not only for safety but crowd control, ease of transition and space. We have a strong community of families who are involved and a staff who truly see our kids as self-starters and hold them accountable.
